If a file is damaged, missing, inaccessible or materially different from its description, email lurexen.help@gmail.com. Include your order reference, the product name and a short explanation. Please keep card details and passwords out of your message.
We will review the issue and help restore access, provide a corrected file or replacement, or arrange an appropriate refund where needed.
Other refund requests
We review other requests individually, including accidental duplicate purchases. Contact us with your order details so we can assess the circumstances. A download does not remove any statutory rights you may have.
Checkout provider and your rights
When Lemon Squeezy checkout is enabled, Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record and processes payments and refunds. It may issue refunds under its own policies, including to prevent payment disputes. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights or Lemon Squeezy’s authority.
What you receive
Products are digital files. A physical book, paint or other supplies are not shipped. Check each product’s listed file types and included editions before buying. Styled mockups illustrate the digital product.
After a successful purchase through an enabled checkout, use the download access provided by Lemon Squeezy. For access problems, contact us using the details above.
Support for earlier purchases
For a purchase made on another platform, use that platform’s order-help process. This website’s checkout does not replace the terms of an earlier order.
